1. Introduction
 

Welcome to the Crystal Clear. By accessing or using our Website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our Website, the services we provide, and the agreement between Crystal Clear and our customers.

 

2. Services Provided
 

Crystal Clear offers residential and commercial cleaning services across Ontario and Quebec. Our services include, but are not limited to, routine cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and customized cleaning solutions based on client needs. By scheduling a service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy
 

  • Booking: All service appointments must be scheduled in advance, and a confirmation will be sent via email or phone. Accurate service details and any special instructions must be provided at the time of booking.
     

  • Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
     

  • Rescheduling: To reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the original appointment time to avoid fees.
     

4. Payments
 

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, e-transfers, and cash.
     

  • Late Payments: Payments not made within 7 days of the invoice date may incur a late fee of 10% of the total invoice amount.
     

  • Refunds: We strive to provide exceptional service. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. Refunds or re-cleaning will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
     

5. Client Responsibilities
 

To ensure the best possible service, clients must:

Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

Remove valuable items and secure pets during the cleaning process.

Notify us of any sensitive or delicate areas/items that require special attention.

Disclose any safety hazards, pre-existing damage, or maintenance issues.
 

6. Limitations of Liability
 

Crystal Clear will not be held responsible for:

Any pre-existing damage to furniture, fixtures, or property.

The loss or damage of items that are not secured or not disclosed to us as fragile.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. In the event of any damage directly caused by our team, you must notify us within 24 hours to resolve the issue.
 

7. Health and Safety
 

For the safety of both our team and your household or business, we reserve the right to refuse service in environments that pose a health risk or are deemed unsafe. This includes properties with pest infestations, biohazards, or hazardous materials.

 

8. Service Modifications and Termination
 

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice. If a scheduled service needs to be altered, we will communicate changes with you in advance. Crystal Clear may also terminate services if the terms are violated or unsafe conditions are present.

 

9. Privacy and Data Protection
 

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

 

10. Intellectual Property
 

All content, logos, and materials on our Website are the intellectual property of Crystal Clear and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the provinces of Ontario and Quebec. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation or in the courts of the applicable province.
