When will my snow be removed? Your snow will be removed within 24 hours after the snowfall ends
Do I get a discount for paying yearly? Yes, you will get a 10% discount for paying the entire fee up front
What months am I covered for snow removal service? November 15 – April 15 is the typical snow season in Canada
Can I pay monthly? Yes, you can pay monthly first and last month is required
I have stamped concrete how will you protect it? We will use snow blowers with rubber on the bottom along with manual shovels without metal on the bottom.
Do you recommend salt on stamped concrete? No, we don’t recommend salt but, we do have premium salt that is environmentally friendly and can assist if it’s necessary. We recommend sand for grip which we provide for an additional fee.
